Stockings at the click of a mouse: Falke launches international online shop using novomind software

Lifestyle brand relies on novomind iSHOP for relaunch / New web shop makes FALKE and Burlington brands available in 28 countries

Hamburg, 25 March 2020 – Finely knitted, easily clicked: the new web shop of FALKE, the international clothing and lifestyle company, has gone online. For the relaunch of its international shop, the company, which was established 125 years ago and is based in Schmallenberg (North Rhine-Westphalia), relied on the intelligent cloud-based solutions from software developer novomind AG. novomind iSHOP replaces the formerly used shop system with immediate effect. The front-end was implemented by creativestyle, a novomind partner company. The brand universes of FALKE and Burlington are now available via the new online shop in six languages, three currencies and 28 countries, including most EU countries as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Personalization plays a major role at FALKE. The new online shop allows all products to be ordered with extra services such as individual embroidered monograms that make each stocking unique, gift vouchers or a sock subscription. The novomind iSHOP system ensures optimum presentation of all shop areas in fully responsive design on all devices. It is also characterized by high performance and high speed. The in-memory technology used ensures fast page loading times and search results at all times.
