Respect, praise and acknowledgement was also what our client FONIC achieved in a test by 'Connect'. The specialist magazine examined ten mobile phone providers: four network operators Telekom, Vodafone, O2 and Base as well as six discounters. The conclusion: Only Vodafone and FONIC were awarded a ranking of 'good'. FONIC, as the best discounter, achieved 77 of 100 possible points - primarily distinguishing itself with competent answers on the phone and in emails. Congratulations here, too!
