The established annual novoinsight² conference is a big get together for our novomind clients and business partners with the focus on the two business domains - customer service and commerce - with the corresponding software solutions novomind iAGENT, iSHOP, iPIM and iMARKET.
With interesting lectures, discussions and new impulses; the conference will once again be a great event for networking and exchanging expert knowledge with industry insider.
The topics this year revolve around customer service characterised by artificial intelligence and mobile and messenger commerce. What challenges do companies have to meet when it comes to commerce and customer service? Where will it lead us in the future? What is possible with artificial intelligence?
The conference once again will take place in the Curiohaus in the Rothenbaumchaussee. Afterwards we are inviting the participants to a hanseatic evening event on the Cap San Diego in the port of Hamburg to let the evening come to an end in a pleasant atmosphere.
